Metric Conversion Chart
As I've mentioned before, I like to use Imperial measurements, basically because they are based on proportions, and they seem to work for me!
If you prefer Metric, here are some charts to help you convert your quantities.
However, do stick to one type of measurement for each recipe for best results!

For fan ovens, check the manufacturer's instructions, mine generally needs to be at 30ºC below normal Celsius temperature.
