As I've mentioned before, I like to use Imperial measurements, basically because they are based on proportions, and they seem to work for me! 
If you prefer Metric, here are some charts to help you convert your quantities.
However, do stick to one type of measurement for each recipe for best results!

Oven Temperatures
110ºC            225ºF                Gas Mark ¼
130ºC            250º F               Gas Mark ½
140ºC            275ºF                Gas Mark 1
150ºC            300ºF                Gas Mark 2
170ºC            325ºF                Gas Mark 3
180ºC            350ºF                Gas Mark 4
190ºC            375ºF                Gas Mark 5
200ºC            400ºF                Gas Mark 6

230ºC            450ºF                Gas Mark 8
240ºC            475ºF                Gas Mark 9

For fan ovens, check the manufacturer's instructions, mine generally needs to be at 30ºC below normal Celsius temperature.
